Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Drymix AI Inc., a Canadian corporation when you use AI Provider. We've kept them as plain as we can.

1. Who can use AI Provider

You must be 18 or older. If you use AI Provider for a company, you agree to these terms for that company and confirm you're allowed to.

2. Your account and keys

  • One account per person or company. Accounts must be made by a person, not by a script or a bot.
  • Your API keys are like passwords. Keep them secret: anyone who has one can spend your credit. If you think a key leaked, switch it off on the Keys page right away. You're responsible for use of your keys until you switch them off.
  • Please confirm your email. Until you do, you can't change the email on the account, and if the real owner of that inbox confirms it instead, they take over the account and the keys made before that stop working.

3. Credit, plans and payment

  • You pay for usage by the token, at the prices on our pricing page. Usage is taken from your credit. There is no free credit.
  • Credit you buy never expires. Plan credit is used first and resets each month; unused plan credit doesn't roll over.
  • Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
  • When your credit runs out, requests stop until you add more. Requests already running when you reach zero can finish, so your balance can dip slightly below zero; that amount comes out of your next credit.
  • If you turn on auto top-up, you authorize us to charge your saved card the amount you chose whenever your credit drops below the level you chose, at most once every 10 minutes. You can turn it off any time.
  • We also offer named AI models paid with credits, priced per token on our pricing page. Model names identify performance-and-price tiers served on our own infrastructure. Credits behave like credit: they never expire, they can go slightly below zero mid-request, and credit auto top-up buys the pack you chose on your saved card.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; the change won't touch credit you already bought.

4. Payments are final

  • Purchases of credit are final and non-refundable.
  • Credit you buy never expires. It stays on your account until you use it.
  • If a payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), we suspend the account while it's looked at and take the unused credit from that payment off the account. If a charge looks wrong to you, please email us first.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. In short: nothing involving minors, nothing illegal, no reselling access, no automated sign-ups, and no attacks on the service. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

6. No reselling

You can build AI Provider into your own app or service for your own users. You can't resell or share raw access to our API, sell or give away keys, or run a proxy that lets others use your account as their own, unless we agree in writing.

7. Your content

What you send and what the AI writes back belong to you, as far as the law allows. We claim no rights over them, and we don't store them (see our privacy policy). Because we keep nothing, we can't recover a reply you lost. Save anything you need on your side.

8. AI output

The AI can be wrong, out of date, or say things that sound confident but aren't true. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially for medical, legal or financial matters. Don't use AI Provider as the only safeguard where a mistake could hurt someone.

9. Health records

We don't sign HIPAA business associate agreements. Don't use AI Provider for protected health information.

10. Availability

We work hard to keep AI Provider running, but we can't promise it will never be down or slow. At busy moments you may be asked to try again in a few seconds. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

11. Liability

AI Provider is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Drymix AI Inc., a Canadian corporation isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using AI Provider and delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a change that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using AI Provider after that means you accept the new terms.
